CECO provides funds annually to improve services and/or develop new programs to benefit the diverse communities of San Diego County.

Employee Crisis Fund
CECO provides emergency assistance to County of San Diego employees and/or retirees who are experiencing a financial hardship resulting from uncertain, sudden, severe, and unexpected event(s). The decision to grant funds is based on the applicant's eligibility, need, and circumstances underlying the lack of resources, as well as funding available. This assistance is designed to fill an unexpected (emergency) financial need that will allow the individual to be financially self-sufficient moving forward. APPLICATION PROCESS
